Topping’s Moving Service charges an hourly rate of $45 per man/per hour with a two man/two hour minimum plus $0.50 per mile. A minimum deposit of $180 must be paid prior to scheduling. Any additional balance to be paid upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards. *We do not charge a surcharge for credit or debit cards
Client is responsible for drive-time + mileage to and from our location. Drive-time is determined by the drive-time stated on Google Maps only. Customer is not responsible for traffic or other unforeseen delays which could result in a drive-time beyond that which is stated on Google Maps.
Normal hours of operation are 8am to 4pm. Moves that require service beyond 4pm will be charged an overtime rate of time and half per man/per hour.
Although we are happy to move washers, dryers and other appliances we are unable to install or uninstall due to liability
If Topping’s movers suspect bedbug infestation or other potential health hazards, they are advised to suspend services and exit the premises immediately. Client will be charged for drive-time and any services performed prior to suspicion of infestation (or other health hazards). Move will be postponed and deposit withheld until client can rectify the issue(s).
Payment in full is required either upon the completion of service or the following business day. If final payment is not scheduled by the second business day, client agrees to have the balance charged to the credit or debit card on file.
Topping’s Moving Service will not be liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.
